I augusti i år anordnade nattklubben Push i Göteborg ett “Cosmos Pink Party” i samarbete med sprittillverkaren Absolut Vodka.

Vid ett tillslag slog göteborgspolisen fast att klubben marknadsföringen av spriten stred mot alkohollagen, bland annat på grund av den unga publiken.

I protokollet beskrivs följande:

Ett event pågick på Push den 20 augusti och 175 gäster fanns på plats i lokalen. Till höger om entrén på Push stod en stor modul föreställande Absolut vodka flaskor belysta i rosa ljus.

Tillsynsgruppen får reda på att Absolut Vodka arrangerar ett “Cosmos Pink Party”. I en av barerna var det endast uppställt Vodka flaskor. De ungdomar som var på plats uppgav att de fått två gratis biljetter som berättigade dem två vodkadrinkar.

Tillståndsgruppen meddelade en av cheferna för Push att polisens uppfattning var att eventet bryter mot alkohollagen genom att en partihandlare, Absolut Vodka ger bort alkoholdrycker gratis vilket han inte får. Det var ej fråga om varuprover då gratisbiljetterna var riktade till privatpersoner skriver tillsynsgruppen i rapporten.

En chef på Push uppgav att förklaringen var att det skulle vara okey då kunden, Absolut Vodka betalat för alkoholen.

Polisens bedömning är att det är en anmärkning enligt alkohollagen och lämnade över ärendet till kommunen.

Nu utreder Anneli Silvander, chef för tillståndsenheten vid Göteborgs stads social resursförvaltning ärendet.

- Det här är ett pågående ärende och vi har nu en utredning på det här, säger
Anneli Silvander.

Hur ser möjligheterna ut för Push att behålla sitt tillstånd om vakterna fälls för misshandel?
– Har företrädarna för bolaget varit medvetna om att det varit ett högt antal misshandelsanmälningar och stölder och man inte har agerat så ser det inte bra ut, men jag vill inte föregå polisutredningen, så jag avvaktar den, säger Anneli Silvander.

Under 2009 prickades dessutom klubben, samt systerklubben Nivå, av Göteborgs socialförvaltning för att det förekom såväl överskott som underskott i kassorna som inte kunde förklaras.

Men summorna var inte av den storleken att det bedömdes påverka serveringstillståndet.

Rix FM lade ut kontaktuppgifter till en prostituerads hemsida. Nu riskerar radiokanalen åtal för koppleri.
- Är det någon som vill göra en anmälan kommer vi att titta på det, säger åklagare Tomas Rickardsson.
